SHIPPING:

  • We currently only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 
  • Most orders of $100 or more ship for free. 
  • Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on total order weight. 
  • For most orders, we primarily ship with UPS Ground or USPS First Class/Priority. The exact shipping method will be determined as the order SHIPS, as it varies depending on weight, location, etc. This means in certain circumstances we will ship with the postal service of our choosing regardless of the postal service chosen at checkout, on condition the delivery times are the same. This usually occurs when there is an error with the items weight.  (Example: USPS first class shipping is chosen for an item that doesn't meet first class requirements or if we are unable to ship to a PO box via the chosen shipping method)
  • Average processing times may vary based on seasonal volume. Processing typically ranges from 1-2 business days and transit times typically range 2-5 business days depending on the destination location and barring no unforeseen complications (bad weather, etc.).
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thehobhub.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

PRE-ORDERS:

  • As a default, orders will not ship until all items on that order are available.  We suggest putting pre-orders on separate orders from currently available items so that they can ship as soon as they are available.
  • Pre-Orders may be cancelled up to 1 month before the expected release date. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the return was due to an error on our part we will send a prepaid shipping label for you to use. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@thehobhub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Item costs, minus the shipping cost, will be refunded.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *Minor imperfections in shrink wrap and product packaging may occur and does not qualify for a replacement.*

Most board games, card games & miniatures with missing/damaged components must have their parts replaced via the manufacturer. Please contact support@thehobhub.com and we will help you proceed. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (Candy) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

We currently do not accept returns for trading cards and trading card games. This is to protect the quality of our inventory. 

Important:

*Minor imperfections in shrink wrap and product packaging may occur and does not qualify for a replacement.*

We will ship you a printing label in the event the return is due to our error. Once we receive the returned item we will then inspect the item thoroughly. If we find the order was in fact defective or the wrong item was shipped to you, we will issue a refund. You can expect a refund within 3 weeks of handing your package to the return shipper on condition it meets our requirements for a refund.  

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Only the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
