Trial of the Forest

Trial of the Forest is a strategic narrative adventure game in which players take the roles of animals competing in a Trial to become the new Guardian of the Green Valley. Players traverse labyrinthine paths, explore locations, gather resources, and choose which deeds to complete. Each deed improves a character's skills and earns fame, and moral choices determine whether a player is remembered as a virtuous hero or a cunning villain. The game combines resource management, multi-use cards, skill progression, combat, and an evolving board.
