Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin #2 Cover A (Escorza) - First Print (Near Mint)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin #2 is the first printing of Cover A for part two of IDW's five-issue Last Ronin mini-series, released February 17, 2021. The Escorza brothers' cover shows Raphael battling a horde of Foot Clan ninja. The oversized 48-page issue continues the story based on Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird's unpublished 1987 concept, set in a dark future where the last surviving Turtle seeks revenge on the Foot Clan.

Issue #2 went to press with more than 130,000 copies, IDW's largest print run for a single comic at the time, and its flashbacks show how the Turtles' grim future came to be. Later printings changed the cover treatment, so the full-color Raphael cover marks this original first printing.
