Carcassonne Expansion 9: Sheep & Shepherds (V3.1) is the 2025 English edition of the ninth Carcassonne expansion from Hans im Glück, bringing grazing flocks, shepherds, wolves and vineyards to the countryside. Send a shepherd into a field, grow a flock of sheep for points, and watch out: when the wolf appears, the flock scatters.
The shepherd adds a light push-your-luck choice to field play, making it a good pick for families and regular groups who want more theme on the table. The new land tiles also bring geese and vineyards into the landscape. The Carcassonne base game is required to play.
Contents:
- 12 land tiles
- 16 flock tokens and 2 wolf tokens
- 6 shepherd meeples
