River Valley Glassworks is a cozy drafting and piece-placement game in which players take the role of woodland creatures gathering coloured river glass. On your turn you either place a token from your hand onto one of six river tiles and collect tokens from an adjacent tile, or draw from the lake to replenish your supply.
Collected glass is slotted into your player board by colour and scarcity, scoring for completed rows and for your two tallest columns. Approachable rules hide a tight puzzle: the glass colours are not evenly distributed, so rarity and drafting tempo both matter.
